To activate the screensaver in windows 95:

Right click with a mouse on your main screen.  This will open up a dialog box titled Display Properties.

At the top of the box is a tab labeled screensaver.  Click on that tab to open up the screensaver properties.  Go to the box labeled screensavers left click on the arrow and choose Liberia from the list. Set the amount of time to wait, then click on ok.
