| The government of Liberia has recently mandated universal education. Teachers will be required to be certified. Stephanie, Joan and Liberian administrator Ernest Shaw asked the minister to consider having LEAP teacher training activities count toward certification. They also asked for Ministry support of the new teacher-training organization LET. |
